Welcome to BoltHash. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BoltHash platform, including the website at hash.boltopen.com, the BoltHash CLI, the BoltHash Premium binary, all associated APIs, and the dashboard ("Services").
By creating an account or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- "Account" means your registered user profile on the BoltHash platform.
- "Plan" means the subscription tier (Free, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) that determines your feature limits.
- "Project" means a software product you protect using BoltHash.
- "License Key" means a unique string issued to end-users of your protected software for activation.
2. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription Plans
BoltHash offers multiple subscription tiers. Each plan has defined limits for projects, license keys, API calls, and device activations. Plan details are listed on the Pricing page.
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Free plan users are never charged.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, payable via PayPal or cryptocurrency (Polygon, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Tron, Solana). Crypto payments are verified on-chain. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the BoltHash Premium binary
- Share your account credentials or license keys beyond authorized limits
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security measures
- Upload malicious code through the build pipeline
6. Intellectual Property
BoltHash and all associated trademarks, code, and documentation are the property of BoltOpen. Your code remains yours — BoltHash never claims ownership of your protected source files.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Offline license verification ensures your end-users are never blocked by our server downtime.
8. Data and Privacy
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. We never access, read, or store your source code. Obfuscation and signing happen locally via the CLI.
9. Limitation of Liability
BoltHash is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
